1. What is MyPhoneManager?

MyPhoneManager is simply software that gives you the features and benefits of a PBX phone system without the cost, the hassle, the hard-wire installation and the expensive phones to buy. Use your own phone(s) from a local carrier and any computer with Internet access to manage and create a telephone log of all incoming and outgoing calls.
 

 
   
 
2. How does MyPhoneManager manage my business calls?

For an incoming call, an icon will flash on your computer with the caller’s number and give you the option of accepting it, sending it to Voice Mail, sending it to another extension or ignoring it-all without the caller knowing you are there.  Why be bothered if someone wants directions to your office that can be automated? Why get off an important call to see if this one is more important?  Why waste time when they want someone else anyway? A telephone log is created at the time of all incoming and outgoing calls so you never lose the caller’s number. Your Auto-Attendant can take many calls and faxes at the same time so you never have to juggle calls or run for the phone again.
 

 
   
 
3. Does it come with a phone number?

Yes. MyPhoneManager comes with a toll-free number and an Auto-Attendant that can take your telephone calls and faxes 24/7.  If you will be away from your phone, you can use the Follow-me feature or just wait and check your messages upon your return.
 

 
   
 
4. Who is it for?

MyPhoneManager was designed for small to medium businesses that need the same features as big business but on a smaller scale with fewer people and smaller inventories.  Almost all the same services at a fraction of the cost.

This is the best part. Only $99.95 set up fee and $29.95 monthly per toll-free number with a few cents per call. This as opposed to a professional hard-wired system that could cost hundreds or thousands of dollars in installation, maintenance and phone bills every month.  Same features, same benefits and with the Auto-Attendant, your customer can’t tell the difference.

 

 
   
 
8. Do I have to buy any costly equipment?

No, with MyPhoneManager, there is no equipment to buy, no special telephones, no installation charges and no maintenance. You only need a telephone with a dial tone and access to a computer and Internet access.

 

 
   
 
9. Are there any long term contracts or commitments?

No, MyPhoneManager is month to month.  So far, we haven’t had to trap anyone into a long-term contract to force them to make more money by managing their business better.

10. Do I still need a local telephone line to use MyPhoneManager?

Yes.  Any phone with a dial tone will do but some have much better line quality than others.  You can still use your regular phone as you do now along with this system with no difference. For instance, if someone dials your regular number, it won’t be managed or logged by MyPhoneManager.  You can port it into the system at a small cost or use it as it is now.  MyPhoneManager doesn’t hamper or compromise.  It just adds features that a business needs to take the place of salaried personnel staff.

 

 
   
 
11. Can I transfer a call directly into Voice Mail or to another extension?

What charges will appear on my credit card?

Only the $29.95 monthly charge and the few cents per minute for calls to and from your toll-free number. There are no charges on your account for use of your regular phone that has not been ported into the system.

Is this VoIP?
